My Växjö friends

Some time ago I wrote an article oriented to all the students that wanted to go to study at Växjö University, but it was in catalan. So sorry, I’m catalan, and I decided to blog in catalan, probably it’s not a good chance to arrive to everybody but it’s my language (and 7 milion people more).

The reason of this english-post are my Växjö friends ! I want to dedicate this post to all of them, because after almost three years I feel very proud to have shared 6 months of my life knowing people like them, open-minded people all around the world that make me think that you can find good people anywhere. And the other friends that I have and I love too… why not dedicate a post to all the people that I love or we have crossed our lifes wherever ? let’s go !

Some Växjö friends and some mestres

I remember my first night at Växjö, I was in my new room and i heard a lot of noise, it was like a swedish party in our corridor, it was nice to know there my neighbours (the future team kebab) Ross and Arjan (crazy dutch). Our corridor was as far the best in Växjö.

There, playing poker I knew people like Chris, Justin and Dejan. Sergio and Rafa were my colleagues at the kitchen almost everyday cooking our favourites dishes, making parties in our rooms and sharing the sauna every sunday. My fadder Per jejeje nice fadder ! Cristina, Kathe, Yuki and Nice was really nice to meet crazy people like you although doesnt seem crazy, Yuki was the craziest of all… ok, well, maybe Crisitina is the gold medal ? jejejejeje Toni was a discover, you know, swedish class sometimes is useful except for swedish language, and I meet there this guy ! The mexican Hector and Samuel, we had a great time the lasts weeks… I miss you so much cabrones ! Others have changed Sweden (and Germany) for Barcelona, like Philipp ! jejejejeje Little Marc dont stop laughing ! Arjan, Andrea, Enrico, Urinot, Gemma, Dani, Mary, Tyson, Federico, Apostolis, Trevor, David, …. I can’t remember all the names, maybe it’s so late to write it.

But I can say that after almost 3 years, the best it’s meet my vaxjo friends, in my city, Barcelona. It’s great to spend some time with them remembering old times. Your visits have been so nice ! thank you ! (Justin (2 times ! jejejejeje the best), Rafa, Cristina, Nice, Tyson, Apos, Dani, Arjan, Per), people that I have visited, like Cristina at Alicante, Rafa at Albacete (thank you for the surprise), Andrea & Enrico thank you very much while I was in Italy ! And Justin, it was so nice visit you at China !

I dont want to forget the mestres, Marta, friends from Vilallonga, friends from basketball (every year enlarging the list ! jejejeje), work friends, mmmm wow jejejeje I stop ! ok ! :D

To everybody, see you soon and I hope that we follow keeping in touch ! And HEY Växjö people, why not meet again wherever ?

    You’re welcome!
That post was very soul-touching, I agree totally with what you say, we can’t just think this Erasmus only belongs to the past, we have many days in our lifes to share experiences again… I’m glad for those who met up with ‘old’ friends from erasmus again.
And I (and whoever that met you) won’t remember you because of your 2′05 height, but because of how BIG you are tronco! One post like this had to be written and you made it.
